- Ice pack-Wrap an ice cube in a soft piece of cloth and apply it directly on your acne. This helps reduce inflammation, swelling, and itching.
- Baking Soda-Mix baking soda with water to make a thick paste. Using a clean cotton ball, dab the mixture directly on problem areas. Leave the treatment on overnight to reduce redness.
- Lemon/Kalamansi juice-Lemon juice contains Vitamin C which acts as an astringent. It effectively helps in drying out your pimples. Apply the lemon juice directly on the acne area or you can mix it with clean water, Apply this to your face for about 1/2 hour. Wash your face with cold water and repeat for about 15 days for clear skin. Apply fresh lemon juice directly to a pimple and leave it on overnight. Use this remedy only if you do not have sensitive skin.
- Egg White- Break the egg and separate the yolk. Apply the egg white on a clean face and let it dry for about 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Do this once a week and you will see a firmer-looking skin.
- Toothpaste-It contains triclosan, an antibacterial agent also found in soaps and deodorants. Apply toothpaste on the infected area. Triclosan kills the bacteria. After 30 minutes, rinse it off with warm water. Make sure that you do not use gel. Gel toothpaste often contains other ingredients that can irritate your skin.
- And one of the best to prevent acne is to eat fresh fruits and vegetables regularly,it helps detoxify our bode.Avoid some dairy products,in some people it triggers some flare ups of acne.Avoid processed food and fried meals and too much sugar (chocolates) may trigger too.
- Wear clean clothes
- Excercise and Drink plenty of Water
- Wash your face atleast Twice a day
- Get enough sleep
- Manage your stress or better consult a doctor.
