Diet Tips For pregnant women, stay HEALTHY!

(more tips?...)Its always been said that the best gift that a Mother can give to her baby during pregnancy is the proper nutrition that a mother should intake.
Im on my 37th weeks now of my 3rd pregnancy and would share the diet that my doctors advices me.
Rice and Rice alternatives-Foods from this group include rice, pasta, noodles, cereals, breads and other starchy foods.they are good sources of energy, so a large proportion of your diet should be compromised of foods from this group.Aside from energy they provide pregnant women they also gives dietary fiber as well as proteins, vitamins and minerals.Try to include whole-grain bread in your diet for added fiber.
Milk and Milk products-Milk,Cheese and Yogurt are rich sources of Calcium and provide other essential nutrients like protein,Vitamins A and D some Vitamins B.Choose low fat or non-fat milk products if you are concious about gaining too much weight.
Meat and Meat alternatives-Foods in the meat group are from animal sources, like lean meat, poultry, fish, eggs and seafoods.they are major sources of Protein,B Vitamins and minerals like Iron,Iodine and Zinc.Lean red meats are the best sources of iron but remember that most meats contain moderate to high amounts of fats.Use the leanest cuts available or trim off the excess fat before cooking.
Fruits and Vegetables-Fresh fruits and Vegetables are excellent sources of essential vitamins and minerals providing fiber for roughage. In particular, fruits and vegetables contain Carotenes,B Vitamins,Vitamin C,and Vitamin E.They also contain minerals which include Potassium,Calcium,Iron, and Magnesium among others.
To get the most nutritional Value from vegetables eat a wide variety of these.Include green leafy vegetables such us camote tops, saluyot, and malunggay as they are higher in certain nutrients comparison with other types of vegetables.Avoid overcooking as this destroys the vitamins.
Citrus like oranges are good sources of Vitamin C which help in absorption.Eating fresh fruits with its edible skin will also provide you with fiber.
OTHER FOODS-This category includes fats, salt and sugar and the foods and seasonings which contain them.Consume only minimal amounts of these food types. But do not totally avoid fats as they provide essential fatty acids and help absorb, transport and store fat-soluble vitamins A,D,E and K.

SOME HEALTHY DIET FOODS
I will share some foods that i incorporate on my meal while im on diet.
Honestly some of this really gave me a second thought when a nutritionist friend of mine told me about these,,,but the results were really convincing...
Avocado-yes,this is considered as fatty food but its healthy fat.
This fruit super-high in mono-unsaturated fat, but also chock full of vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, and antioxidants. Eating avocado helps to reduced appetite for hours after having your meals.Great substitute on junkfoods eh.
Soybeans-it is considered as a source of complete protein,so i guess that explains it all.
A good substitute for meat (specially these days meats are expensive),it contains significant amount of amino acids that need for human body.
Eggs-Egg Yolks contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and panthothenic acid of the egg. In addition, the yolks contain ALL of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the egg, as well as ALL of the essential fatty acids.
Egg whites a good source of protein too.
Broccoli-an excellent source of Vitamin C, K, A, folate, Fiber, manganese, tryptophan, potassium, Vitamin B6 & B12, magnesium, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids also a great source of iron, calcium, zinc and Vitamin E,study shows that brocolli has reduced cancer growth.
Squash-It has vitamin C and beta-carotene, which may help protect against endometrial cancer,a cup of it only contains 79.9%calories,1 gram of fat and 6 grams of fiber.best to served as a soup.Makes you full but not heavy on your tummy...
These are just the few diet foods i replaced with my old meals...not just helps you loose weight but also provide nutrients needed for our body.

BEST DIET TIPS FOR SEXY BODY
Diet isnt always as easy as 1,2,3...
It may disappoint us when time comes we noticed that there isnt much effect on our weight and shape.
If you think you starved too much just to loose weight, then get zero results...think twice...
theres something wrong on your diet formula.
Here are some of the awakening tips that i've learned when i researched about dieting mistakes.

A)We skipped the most important meal 'BREAKFAST'
-most of us skipped breakfast in a daily routine, maybe were in a hurry for work or simply
we thought that skipping it could make us loose more weight. But think about it,we starved on the morning till lunch makes as famished, and want everything for lunch. So the result we eat too much on lunch and crave more.So next time make a simple breakfast meal,an oatmeal would do the trick, and a low fat yogurt or a fruit could make as stay fuller.
B)Drinking too Much
-Drinking too much of our fave iced tea or drinks dont make us full. Our body doesnt registerliquid calories,so even if we drink 5 bottles of it w still crave food.So never Drink when your stomach is empty,Make sure you eat before drinking your favorite wine when your in a party or bar.
C)Eating Tons of low fat foods
-Our mentality on low fat food is safe to eat for dieters,so we take larger serving of that food, not realizing that eating more food means more calories. So when your in the grocery dont forget to read the labels, specially the NUTRITION information at the back.
D)Not exercising
-We all know fitness is the key to burning more fats.Skipping a day on your exercise schedulecould lead into a week, months and so on...
walking 10 minutes a day could lead into a habit of exercise so try it,it wont tire you. Also try to work out with a friend or love ones to make you inspired the whole time.
E)Eating large Fast-food meal
-It is always stated in different study that fast food meals contains larger amount of calories,so when your in a hurry and cannot avoid hitting the drive through, try eating your meal
slowly and savor every bite, taste every inch of the meal,so it will lessen your cravings and could lessen your order too.If a low calorie meal is available better choose it than on your favorite burger meal.
F)Not Tracking of what you are eating
-Try noting your meals every day, loosing track of what you eat when your in a diet will cost you big time.A mindless eating adds up extra pound each month.
G)Weigh
-Dont avoid your weighing scale.Stop the denial.Weighing is like monitoring our body from blood pressure or other disease, dont flip out if you gained a little, keep on focus and try to review the diet procedure you been doing, there must be a mistake on it so try to figure that instead of disappointing your self.
Rememberthe key is with in you, discipline and positive thinking are key to succesfull diet plan.

A Simple way to have a SEXY body!
MOTIVATION-looks simple, and the meaning is simple, but then applying it in our daily lives is as hard as keeping chocolates away.
But this word,is what we needed to achieve something that we really longing to have. And Us Moms,girls,teens..."women" always try to achieve our Ideal body shape...
Well not most of the women try hard as the others,we all love our selves and we try to feel good about what we have, but the fact is moments like 'moving backwards on things we likely to do just because of weight/body problems'occur uhmm not daily but maybe often times...

Why not try this out:(im working on this too)
Lets start thinking something positive on our body.Simply apply the word "LOVE" on our body.
Its not new already to do the simple routine 'when we wake up,look at the mirror, smile and say "oh god look at you!your gorgeous!" and smile again, feel it'...starting your day with positive mood could simply make us feel good...remember:we look good when we feel good or vise versa.
Eat healthy, many of us thought that eating healthy is as expensive as buying a new gadget...come on...vegies are way more cheaper than meats.
Of course when we are on a right diet we are saying no to diseases...if we are healthy we save more money, isnt expensive to get sick now a days?...
Plus a vacation in a hospital near you eats almost 80% of your savings,so instead of investing on hospitals why not start investing on healthy meals?...(not hard to answer at all)
more tips:http://energy-askbelieverecieve.blogspot.com/2009/05/best-diet-tips-for-sexy-body.html
Take a walk everyday,it is always proven by science that walking help us burn calories.
Aside from its cheaper (saves petroleum) walking with your love ones (isnt sweet)kids even your dog makes you feel good and ofcourse a good way of bonding.
Treat your self.Buying your fave lingerie is worth spending?...why it makes you feel good,it makes you act good...its a simple way of applying your positive thoughts, that 'this lingerie fits me and my husband loves it'...say it and feel the sexy meaning of it...well its not a sin to think sexy and feel sexy...so go treat your self...
Bottom line is...be positive on your body, theres nothing imposible,if you can imagine it then you can achieved it...

GOOGLE ADWORDS,FOR FREE???
A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to get your Google AdWords pay-per-clicks FREE!
A gentleman from New York discovered what he calls an “oversight” on the part of 99.9% of all marketers that allows him to get otherwise paid-for advertising at Google as well as all other search engines that allow sponsored ads.
And no, nothing about his “secret” is illegal – nor does it require that you know someone on the “inside” at Google, Yahoo, MSN, Overture and others.
Instead, the New Yorker boasts proudly “…this is something that I caught onto just before 2000 when there was so much search engine craze running around, and started doing small just to test things at first … but which I later expanded on after getting the hang of it.”
This same fellow went on to start and operate sixteen separate online companies selling everything from pet food, DVDs, children’s toys & games, books, software, and sold not only his own manufactured products but became an affiliate for other web businesses – all the while applying his mastermind secret.
Over the course of nearly eight years the New Englander confesses “I’ve actually gotten over $87 million in advertising that using my secret I never had to pay for … and the largest share of which was more recently in Google pay-per-clicks as well as other forms of pad advertising at search engines … all of which I got for free …”
So powerful is his secret that he’s able to monopolize any niche online, and can always secure the top premium spots just above the usual organic results featured at most search engines.
He still has to set up an account with the search engines – but after applying his secret he is removed from having to pay for all the costs otherwise involved.
Again, nothing about his secret is either illegal or robs from the search engines.
One spokesperson from one of the most popular search engines said chuckling after being made privy to this amazing secret “Wow! Ha! This is really unique … and in my expert opinion it would only serve to enhance and bring more business to us at [name of search engine withheld for legal & confidentiality reasons] and not cause us to lose business in the slightest. Amazing!”
The northerner revealed that in this nearly eight years’ period of time since applying his secret he’s done well over $300 million in sales revenue with a most diverse line of products, and most recently in the last two years netted nearly $166 million after really “buckling down and pressing my secret to its fullest potential.”
Now to everyone else’s fortune, the city slicker is releasing his secret for getting an unlimited amount of pay-per-click ads to the general public. But he’s not promising any of us for how long.
A bit of an eccentric, the gentleman says “We’ll see just how long I can make it available before it saturates things.”
One famous public web guru pointed out that although this man may gain economically more so as a result of the publication of his secret “he’s already so amazingly rich that whether he continues or discontinues its sale will neither make nor break the man, but not grabbing it for yourself while it’s still available could prove disastrous for you as you may only have one chance, and a very limited one at that, to get this.”
It is currently available at:
http://emag16.freegoogle.hop.clickbank.net
…so you may want to head on over there now and get it.
It’s in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level.
While you’re there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in targeted advertising now made freely available to the rest of us?

GOOGLE...going OUT of business!!!...'WTF!'
[NEW YORK-wednesday] - by Devon Melk. Rumors are now running amok
that the 2nd most powerful website on the entire Worldwide-Web may
file BANKRUPTCY, with the deadline set for this December; being the
date of both discharge and dissolution in a Federal Court of Law.
This would come as a SHOCK to investors and "Googlers" alike who
both profit and benefit from the use of the World's largest and
most powerful search engine which receives far in excess of
100 MILLION unique daily visitors and well over 300 million
individual searches daily - making it perhaps the single most
valuable public data resource as an "information bank" online the
world over.
But is the rumor true or false?
The origin of the rumor occurred when some savvy Internet marketers
began making statements that they had heard "insiders' talk" that
the company (now publicly traded since April 30, 2004, just over 3
years ago) may face financial disaster with the release of a "new
system" that would allow advertisers to get their otherwise
pay-per-click (PPC) advertising completely free.
This, of course, would naturally lead directly (like a domino-
effect) to the collapse of Google's sibling program AdSense; as its
only revenue comes from the direct sales of AdWords "clicks."
The "new system" in question and responsible for the controversy
over getting AdWords pay-per-clicks free is that developed by
Dr Jon Cohen of New York City, New York (now retired) who discovered
a simple, yet effective means, for getting Google PPC ads without
having to suffer the costs involved.
The retired New York doctor and native has a publicly disclosed net
worth now in excess of $7O million [US], having generated well over
$377 million in product sales from sixteen (16) separate online
businesses within just nine (9) years since first venturing online
in 1998 (about the same time as Google was founded).
It is estimated by company insiders and leading financial analysts
that the "good doctor" (as he's called by "all who know him") has
purportedly saved well over $93 million (some estimates suggest
closer to $136 million) in otherwise paid advertising at Google and
the other major players in the PPC targeted-search arena online -
including Yahoo, MSN, AskJeeves, AllTheWeb.com, HotBot, AltaVista,
Lycos and Netscape, just to name a few.
The "secret" became available to the general masses last April, and
its very release caused such a major sweeping stir among the
community of Internet-marketers, affiliate-marketers, webmasters,
ecommerce company owners and surfers alike that the site quickly
rose to break the top most visited 1,000 websites on the entire
planet briefly; and as can be seen here:
http://tinyurl.com/39lnjn (Alexa data on this!)
When asked if the "secret" would somehow ruin Google, Dr Cohen
revealed almost cryptically that it actually would bring about just
the opposite effect, and "stimulate" even more business volume for
the virtual giant.
Many people were dismayed to find that Google itself is deliberately
allowing the purchase of 100,000's of PPC ads offering the secret
system to the general public -- which indicates to most observers
that either they [Google] haven't caught it, or they simply feel
that it somehow is not a threat to their continued operation.
For anyone's inspection factual and hard evidence supporting this
can be seen by simply looking to the right-hand column when doing a
search for "get google ads free" (specifically in quotation marks)
at Google.com under the "Sponsored Links" section.
Or take this direct and instant SHORTCUT:
http://tinyurl.com/2ctu6j
You can also see nearly 100,000 specific results in the "organic"
fields index located in the center and which occupies the bulk of
the results pages.
One would think that if Google felt threatened by such a release as
this earth-shaking "secret" is, they would hardly allow for either
paid-ads or organic content to make the top searches regarding it.
However, evidence supports to the contrary - and this being the
case now for a full six (6) months.
Mysteriously, within just two (2) hours of its initial release last
April, Google itself actually did in fact 'pause' the parent firm's
attempts at advertising the new system using PPCs on their search
engine - only, however, to release the hold after a Review Team
consisting of some of Google's top executives completed performing
an in-depth investigation and made the determination to ALLOW the
ads to run.
The secret system was recently revised however to include "major
new content" and "more exhaustive instructions," and is now
available at its Home Site:
http://emag16.freegoogle.hop.clickbank.net
The most important addition is that of a so-called "string of code"
(tech-talk for some HTML) that can be added to any webpage(s) that
instantly causes the elimination of the page owner's AdWords costs
right away.
Even a "live" woman spokes-representative ("Rachel") has been added
to the site, and who appears to literally walk out onto the webpage
and talk to visitors and explain a bit more how the mysterious new
breakthrough system works.
Since the addition of this new "live" spokes-woman has now appeared
at the site, company Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Mr Todd
Coutrin states that "sales for the system have skyrocketed above
2,430% suddenly and with no limit in sight."
Coutrin continues: "With the newest revision now in place, plus all
the additions added, affiliates for the new system can expect to
earn even more than ever before!" (Note: Affiliates make up the
bulk of the firm's sales generation.)
The refund rate for the new revised version of the secret (named
V5.1) has dropped to less than half of what it was before the newer
version's release; meaning it's now even more readily-received and
put to use than ever before (perhaps in large part to the newer
simplicity of application) - now making it the safest and one of
the best resellers for the networks of affiliate marketers who earn
their revenues from the reselling of other electronic publishers'
stock and digital product lines.
When asked, Google company representatives stated matter-of-factly
that the rumors of bankruptcy for the ecommerce giant are simply
not true, and that the rumor millings are in fact simply the result
of "panics" brought on by the usual hysteria associated with
anything large, new or revolutionary - or in this case, all three.
Attempts to contact both Sergey Brin and Larry Page, the former
Stanford University students who founded Google in 1998, to request
comment were unsuccessful.
Again, Google itself seems to be the biggest supporter of the "new
system" as it's allowing more and more advertisers to promote the
new system on its search engine before over 100 million daily
searches and surfers

BEWARE OF SCAMS
Being an internet savvy is not enough to protect us from Scammers online. As the internet expands each year, Scams expand double times the knowledge we learned about these thefts.I called them thefts causnce your infected and victimize they stole your money, time and worst your identity.
Heres a list of some of the famous internet scams all over the web, take sometime to read it, it could help you recognize these in disguised Scammers:
1) The Nigerian scam, also known as 419
Most of you have received an email from a member of a Nigerian family with wealth. It is a desperate cry for help in getting a very large sum of money out of the country. A common
variation is a woman in Africa who claimed that her husband had died, and that she wanted
to leave millions of dollars of his estate to a good business.
In every variation, the scammer is promising obscenely large payments for small unskilled
tasks. This scam, like most scams, is too good to be true. Yet people still fall for this money transfer con game.
They will use your emotions and willingness to help against you. They will promise you a large cut of their business or family fortune.
All you are asked to do is cover the endless legal and other fees that must be paid to the
people that can release the scammer's money.
The more you are willing to pay, the more they will try to suck out of your wallet. You will
never see any of the promised money, because there isn't any. And the worst thing is, this
scam is not even new; its variant dates back to 1920s when it was known as 'The Spanish
Prisoner' con.
2)Advanced fees paid for a guaranteed loan or credit card
If you are thinking about applying for a "pre-approved" loan or a credit card that charges an
up-front fee, ask yourself: "why would a bank do that?". These scams are obvious to people
who take time to scrutinize the offer.
Remember: reputable credit card companies do charge an annual fee but it is applied to the balance of the card, never at the sign-up. Furthermore, if you legitimately clear your credit
balance each month, a legitimate bank will often wave the annual fee.
As for these incredible, pre-approved loans for a half-a-million dollar homes: use your
common sense. These people do not know you or your credit situation, yet they are willing
to offer massive credit limits.
Sadly, a percentage of all the recipients of their "amazing" offer will take the bait and pay
the up-front fee.
If only one in every thousand people fall for this scam, the scammers still win several
hundred dollars. Alas, far too many victims, pressured by financial problems, willingly step
into this con man's trap.
3) Lottery scams
Most of us dream of hitting it big, quitting our jobs and retiring while still young enough to
enjoy the fine things in life. Chances are you will receive at least one intriguing email from someone saying that you did indeed win a huge amount of money. The visions of a dream
home, fabulous vacation, or other expensive goodies you could now afford with ease, could
make you forget that you have never ever entered this lottery in the first place.
This scam will usually come in the form of a conventional email message. It will inform you
that you won millions of dollars and congratulate you repeatedly. The catch: before you can
collect your "winnings", you must pay the "processing" fee of several thousands of dollars.
Stop! The moment the bad guys cash your money order, you lose.
Once you realize you have been suckered into paying $3000 to a con man, they are long
gone with your money. Do not fall for this lottery scam.
4) Phishing emails and phony web pages
This is the most widespread Internet and email scam today. It is a "sting" con game.
"Phishing" is identity and password theft based on convincing emails and web pages. These
emails and web pages resemble legitimate credit authorities like Citibank, eBay, or Paypal.
They frighten or entice you into visiting a phony web page and entering your ID and password. Commonly, the guise is an urgent need to "confirm your identity". They will even offer you
a story of how your account has been attacked by hackers to lure you into entering your
confidential information.
The email message will require you to click on a link. But instead of leading you to the real
login https: site, they will to a fake website. The fake website is often very convincing
looking.
You then innocently enter your ID and password. This information is intercepted by the
scammers, who later access your account and fleece you for several hundred dollars.
This phishing con , like all cons, depends on people believing the legitimacy or their emails
and web pages. Because it was born out of hacking techniques, "fishing" is stylistically spelled "phishing" by hackers.
Tip: the beginning of the link address should have https://. Phishing fakes will just have
http:// (no"s" . If still in doubt, make a phone call to the financial institution to verify if
the email is legit. In the meantime, never click on the link in any suspicious email.
5) Items for sale overpayment scam
This one involves an item you might have listed for sale such as a car, truck or some other expensive item. The scammer finds your ad and sends you an email offering to pay much
more than your asking price. The reason for overpayment is supposedly related to the
international fees to ship the car overseas. In return, you are to send him the car and the
cash for the difference.
The money order you receive looks real so you deposit it into your account. In a couple of
days (or the time it takes to clear) your bank informs you the money order was fake and
demands you pay that amount back immediately.
In most documented versions of this money order scam, the money order was indeed an
authentic document, but it was never authorized by the bank it was stolen from.
In the case of cashier's checks, it is usually a convincing forgery. You have now lost the car,
the cash you sent with the car, and you owe a hefty sum of money to your bank to cover for
the bad money order or the fake cashier's check.
6) Employment scams
You have posted your resume, with at least some personal data accessible by potential
employers, on a legitimate employment site. You receive a job offer to become a
"financial representative" of an overseas company you have never even heard of before.
The reason they want to hire you is that this company has problems accepting money from
US customers and they need you to handle those payments. You will be paid 5 to 15 percent commission per transaction.
If you apply, you will provide the scammer with your personal data, such as bank account information, so you can "get paid". Instead, you will experience some, or all, of the following:
* identity theft,
* money stolen from your account, or
* may receive fake checks or money orders for payments which you deposit into your account but must send 85 – 95 percent of that to your "employer".
Soon you will owe much money to your bank!
In other instance, you will receive an unsolicited e-mail message from a "multinational
company" congratulating you for being selected for a specific job. The e-mail contains details about the "hiring company", the positions needed, and a very enticing compensation package.
You will be asked to send money through Western Union as processing fee or reservation fee.
7) Disaster relief scams
What do 9-11, Tsunami and Katrina have in common? These are all disasters, tragic events
where people die, lose their loved ones, or everything they have. In times like these, good
people pull together to help the survivors in any way they can, including online donations. Scammers set up fake charity websites and steal the money donated to the victims of
disasters.
If your request for donation came via email, there is a chance of it being a phishing attempt. Do not click on the link in the email and volunteer your bank account or credit card information.
Your best bet is to contact the recognized charitable organization directly by phone or their website.
8) Travel scams
These scams are most active during the summer months. You receive an email with the
offer to get amazingly low fares to some exotic destination but you must book it today or the offer
expires that evening. If you call, you'll find out the travel is free but the hotel rates are
highly overpriced.
Some can offer you rock-bottom prices but hide certain high fees until you 'sign on the dotted line'. Others, in order to give you the 'free' something, will make you sit through a timeshare pitch at the destination. Still others can just take your money and deliver nothing.
Also, getting your refund, should you decide to cancel, is usually a lost cause, often called a nightmare or mission-impossible.
Your best strategy is to book your trip in person, through a reputable travel agency or proven legitimate online service like Travelocity or Expedia.
9) "Make Money Fast" chain emails
A classic pyramid scheme: you get an email with a list of names, you are asked to send 5
dollars (or so) by mail to the person whose name is at the top of the list, add your own name to the bottom, and forward the updated list to a number of other people.
The author of this scam letter painstakingly explains that, if more and more people join
this chain, when it's your turn to receive the money, you might even become a millionaire!
Bear in mind that, most times, the list of names is manipulated to keep the top name (the
creator of the scam, or his friends) on top, permanently.
As with the previously circulating snail-mail version of this chain, the email edition is just
as illegal. Should you choose to participate, you risk being charged with fraud – definitely
not something you want on your record, or resume.
10) "Turn Your Computer Into a Money-Making Machine!"
Although not a full blown scam, this scheme works as follows: You send someone money for instructions on where to go and what to download and install on your computer to turn it
into a money-making machine -- for spammers.
At sign-up, you get a unique ID and you have to give them your PayPal account information
for the "big money' deposits you'll soon be receiving. The program that you are supposed to
run, sometimes 24/7, opens multiple ad windows, repeatedly, thus generating per-click
revenue for spammers.
In other scenario, your ID is limited to a certain number of page clicks per day. In order to
make any money whatsoever from this scheme, you are pretty much forced to scam the
spammers by hiding your real IP address with Internet proxy services such as "findnot", so
you can make more page clicks.
I won't even go into the discussion about what this program will do to your computer's performance... it is a true tragedy if you get conned into this scam.
11) Phony auction and classified sales.
Yes, eBay, Craigslist, etc. scammers continue to reel in the victims. Despite attempts by the sites themselves to clamp down on the con artists, we expect the tricksters to re-double their deception efforts.
12)Investment and pump and dump scams.
We've broadened this category after reporting on a number of failed or phony investment schemes that have cost victims tens of millions of dollars.
14) Work at home and job scams.
With unemployment on the rise and the growing popularity of working from home, we think this scam will become more prevalent this 2009.
15) Grandparent, family tragedy and death threat scams.
These are extremely common scams where people ask for money by claiming a relative is in trouble or that a murder contract has been taken out. Mostly, they come by phone but increasingly are seen in emails.
(infos from POEA And Scambusters)
