I will share some foods that i incorporate on my meal while im on diet.
Honestly some of this really gave me a second thought when a nutritionist friend of mine told me about these,,,but the results were really convincing...
Avocado-yes,this is considered as fatty food but its healthy fat.
This fruit super-high in mono-unsaturated fat, but also chock full of vitamins, minerals, micro-nutrients, and antioxidants. Eating avocado helps to reduced appetite for hours after having your meals.Great substitute on junkfoods eh.
Soybeans-it is considered as a source of complete protein,so i guess that explains it all.
A good substitute for meat (specially these days meats are expensive),it contains significant amount of amino acids that need for human body.
Eggs-Egg Yolks contain more than 90% of the calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, thiamin, B6, folate, and B12, and panthothenic acid of the egg. In addition, the yolks contain ALL of the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E, and K in the egg, as well as ALL of the essential fatty acids.
Egg whites a good source of protein too.
Broccoli-an excellent source of Vitamin C, K, A, folate, Fiber, manganese, tryptophan, potassium, Vitamin B6 & B12, magnesium, protein and Omega 3 fatty acids also a great source of iron, calcium, zinc and Vitamin E,study shows that brocolli has reduced cancer growth.
Squash-It has vitamin C and beta-carotene, which may help protect against endometrial cancer,a cup of it only contains 79.9%calories,1 gram of fat and 6 grams of fiber.best to served as a soup.Makes you full but not heavy on your tummy...
These are just the few diet foods i replaced with my old meals...not just helps you loose weight but also provide nutrients needed for our body.
