Here are some of the awakening tips that i've learned when i researched about dieting mistakes.

A)We skipped the most important meal 'BREAKFAST'
-most of us skipped breakfast in a daily routine,maybe were in a hurry for work or simply
we thought that skipping it could make us loose more weight.But think about it,we starved on the morning till lunch makes as famished,and want everything for lunch.So the result we eat too much on lunch and crave more.So next time make a simple breakfast meal,an oatmeal would do the trick,and a low fat yogurt or a fruit could make as stay fuller.
B)Drinking too Much
-Drinking too much of our fave iced tea or drinks dont make us full.Our body doesnt registerliquid calories,so even if we drink 5 bottles of it w still crave food.So never Drink when your stomach is empty,Make sure you eat before drinking your favorite wine when your in a party or bar.
C)Eating Tons of low fat foods
-Our mentality on low fat food is safe to eat for dieters,so we take larger serving of that food,not realizing that eating more food means more calories.So when your in the grocery dont forget to read the labels,specially the NUTRITION information at the back.
D)Not exercising
-We all know fitness is the key to burning more fats.Skipping a day on your exercise schedulecould lead into a week,months and so on...
walking 10 minutes a day could lead into a habit of exercise so try it,it wont tire you.Also try to work out with a friend or love ones to make you inspired the whole time.
E)Eating large Fast-food meal
-It is always stated in different study that fast food meals contains larger amount of calories,so when your in a hurry and cannot avoid hitting the drive through,try eating your meal
slowly and savor every bite,taste every inch of the meal,so it will lessen your cravings and could lessen your order too.If a low calorie meal is available better choose it than on your favorite burger meal.
F)Not Tracking of what you are eating
-Try noting your meals every day,loosing track of what you eat when your in a diet will cost you big time.A mindless eating adds up extra pound each month.
G)Weigh
-Dont avoid your weighing scale.Stop the denial.Weighing is like monitoring our body from blood pressure or other disease,dont flip out if you gained a little,keep on focus and try to review the diet procedure you been doing,there must be a mistake on it so try to figure that instead of disappointing your self.
Rememberthe key is with in you,discipline and positive thinking are key to succesfull diet plan.
